Anxiety and fear

Anxiety is kind of a fear.

Today I need to hand in my homework but after that, I still full of anxiety, this feeling made me exhausted.

I should control my emotion rather than be controlled by it, but how to feel the fear?

I naively think that I wouldn’t fear many things in the future, but it is because I don’t need to face it and cope it right now. So I need to combat every fear.
